FAQs
When Will I Get My Order?
We ship the products in 24 to 48 working hours. Orders in India are typically delivered in around 5-8 working days, depending on shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.). In some rare cases, it might take 2 weeks, depending upon the product's availability. In parts of Jammu Kashmir and North East India, the delivery may take up to 10 working days.
What Is Your Return & Exchange Policy?
Exchanges and returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, including the day of delivery. Size issues and incorrect products received are eligible for an exchange within this period.
Size exchanges are free, and we can arrange reverse pickup. We do not offer refunds for size issues. Exchange/return requests are processed only once per order
How Do I Request An Exchange Or Return?
For all return and exchange requests, please write to us at support@babaroandco.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order details and the reason for the request. For defective products, please also include clear photographs of the product and the defect.
The product must have its original sticker label attached, be correctly folded, and be adequately packed for transit. Products that have been used or washed cannot be exchanged or refunded.
What Products Are Not Eligible For Return Or Exchange?
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
The product has been used or washed. The original sticker label is missing or the product is inadequately packed. The product was purchased during a sale or with a discount code. The issue is only a slight variation in colour or design from what appears on our website, social media, or advertisements. Our verification finds that the defect was caused by the customer's actions or omissions.
Please also do not accept a visibly damaged package at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.
